By accessing or using Trinc ("we", "us", or "our") at trinc.gg, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

We provide a hybrid platform, combining an interactive celestial toolkit with a modular integrated curriculum. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. All prices are listed in GBP unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the nature of digital services, purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated in writing. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Trinc be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
